Haya/Chaya wife of Reb Moshe David Szezensliwz? Here lies a worthy woman tender in years, was not rewarded to raise her sons during her life, Haya daughter of Yisrael/Izrael Shimon of blessed memory, died on 2 Tevet 5697 [16 December 1936] at the age of forty eight years.
