Star of David. ...
"[---] my beloved mother, modest and important, the married Chayah Leah Dishatski (Dziestacki), daughter of Reb Tsvi.  She died the 13th(?) day to the month of Tishri, year 5694.  May her soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life."

My father born in Narew as David Dziestacki (Dishatsky or Deshatsky), around 1905. In Palestine/Israel the family name is Disatnik. My mother was born in the water-mill "Rudka", outside Narew, as Malka Pinkowicz, around 1910.  One branch of the Narew Pinckowitch family emigrated to the USA, already around the year 1900, in the big emigration wave. They settled in Chicago, and eventually shortened the family name to Pinkert.  My parents came to, the then, Palestine, in 1933, and lived mostly in Tel-Aviv till their deaths (in 1972 and 1996 respectively). Almost all the members of my parents
