An acrostic poem spelling the name Avraham son of Shlomo. Here lies. Woe to us for the death of our son. He was plucked from us at the prime of his life. His delicate soul and his honesty were a model to all the people in the city. He greatly respected his parents and dedicated his heart and soul to them. He carried his soul in his hands for them. His name and his memory will remain for eternity in his parents’ and his friends’ heart .Who could tell about his qualities. He is our beloved lovely son Mr. Avraham son of R’ Shlomo Slor. Died on 10 Tevet in the year 5692 [2o December 1931] at the age of 26 years May his soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life. 1931 (smages@comcast.net)
