Her palm she spread out to the needy and to the poor she extended her hands in good deeds, the married Sarah Rivkeh daughter of our teacher Jakob of blessed memory Lewkawicz, wife of R. Chaim (may his light shine) Baris/Boris. She died 15th Iyar year 5672. May her soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life."
