(Left) Symbol: lion of Judah. "Here lies an honored and precious man (who) walked in the way of the upright, our teacher, the rabbi Ya'aqov son of Reb Moshe of blessed memory. He died on the evening of Yom Kippur 5674. May his soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life."
(Right) "Here lies an honored man, perfect and upright, who walked with the upright, our teacher, the rabbi Dov son of Hirash of blessed memory. He died 17th(?) Elul 5671 as the abbreviated era. May his soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life."
