"Here lies - Witness is this mound and witness is this matzevah about a man, old and full of days, ? upright, he turned from guilt-offerings, God-fearing, with a heart of integrity - our teacher R. Icchok son of our teacher R. Avraham of blessed memory. He died 17 days to the month of Tevet 5685 as the abbreviated era.
