Here was buried a man upright and honest the honorable rabbi
R’ Nachmya son of HaRav R’ Yeshaya of blessed memory
who passed away on Sunday 6 of Kislev in the year 5459
[9 November 1689] by the abbreviated era
May his soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life
