Here lies buried the holy genius rabbi, the righteous Admor
[our master, our teacher, and our rabbi] Rabbi Mordechai Yosef
May the memory of the righteous be for a blessing in the world to come,
from Izbitz the writer of the book “Mei. Hashiloach “ [living waters]
died and taken to his everlasting place 7 Tevet 5614 [7 January 1854]
by the abbreviated era, May his virtue protect us and all the nation of Israel.
Was rebuilt in Elul 5755 [1995] by his grandson Rabbi Yakov Leiner May he
lives long and happily Amen, the Admor from Radzyn with the participation of the
respected Rabbi HaRav Haim Baruch Gluk May he lives long and happily Amen.
