The oldest Jewish cemetery in Bialystok located between Mlynowa and Sosnowa street. Place of seeing many famous Bialystoker's rebbais. From this cemetery ... only one grave left. Upper register: "Here lies the late Noah Zelmans. He died 14th Shevat 5625 as the abbreviated era." Acrostic poem of the good young married man our teacher Noah son of Yehudah Yitzhaq. Noah walked in the way of all the earth on Friday the eve of the Holy Sabbath, 14th Shevat [no date]. May his soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life." Translated by Heidi M.
