Here lies a respected man, was righteous in his deeds until his death,
was honest all of his days, lived to the age of 77 years, became ill,
weakened and died, his good deeds will be his advocate,
our teacher Noah son of Tzvi Yakov,
died 11 Tamuz 5675 [23 June 1915]
May his soul be bound in the bond of life.
The stone on the left side
Here lies an honorable young man prominent in the Torah,
studied in Beit HaMidrash ?
his soul rose to the heavens at a young age
our honorable teacher Eliyakim son of our teacher Zev
died on the second intermediate day of Passover 5680
[18 Nisan - Tuesday 6 April 1920]
May his soul be bound in the bond of life.

The name of the Yeshiva on the stone is Shaar H
I just found that there was a Yeshiva in Grodno by the name of Shaar HaTorah (the gate to the Torah)
