Died 6 Shevat 5696 [1 January 1936]. Here lies. Went to the heavens in the year 5696,
slept and passed away, Woe he was lost at half of his life, he will be an
honest advocate for his sons, our teacher and rabbi Shalom son of Reb Kalonymos
Azriel May his light shine.
May his soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life.
