Here was buried a man upright and honest, God-fearing,
the chief, the old man, our teacher and rabbi Yeruham Fishel
son of HaRav Yisrael May the memory of the righteous be of a blessing
was buried on Thursday 22 Iyar 5449 [12 May 1689]
by the abbreviated era
May his soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life.
