An acrostic poem spelling the name of the deceased Faya [Feya]
A marker in memory.
Bursting and shouting in the streets of our city,
those who hear our crisis are shaking, her young children
are shouting for their merciful mother, Woe their
faces darkened, a valiant woman her resting place will be
in the heavens, her father Shalom will be her advocate
in the garden of the living, her pure soul will rest
in paradise for eternity and her merit will protect her sons,
Surely she is the modest woman Mrs. Faya daughter of Reb
Shalom Neumark from Brest [Brisk in Yiddish] wife of Reb Shemuel
Rosenberg [Rozenberg] May his light shine died on the first day
